We want you to have a relaxing and comfortable experience at your visit to our salon, whilst achieving the best possible results from your treatment. Certain treatments come with important pre-treatment reminders or contraindications that may affect your eligibility to have the treatment. So we decided to put together some information and requirements you may need to know upon booking.
To avoid disappointment on the day, please read any relevant information about your booking. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Useful Information:
If you are planning on having an MRI scan, chemical peel or any other medical/cosmetic procedure, please inform your practitioner that you have undergone permanent makeup treatments. If you want to give blood following permanent makeup treatments, please inform The National Blood Service, as you will not be eligible for blood donation until between 4 months and a year following treatment.

Cosmetic Artistry will provide you with a safe environment that complies with guidelines issued by Government and local authorities. There is a possibility that appointments may need to be rescheduled should the UK government mandate closures, or if Jade is required to isolate as instructed by NHS Test and Trace.
The clinic will have enhanced cleaning and protocols on top of medically sanitary standards. X-mist surface disinfection mist treatments will be carried out on a weekly basis which will make surfaces uninhabitable for bacteria. Enhanced sanitation of touchable surfaces will be carried out between clinic appointments. Services continue to be provided using disposable and sterilised single-use equipment and Clinell medical-grade disinfection for any non-disposable equipment will be used between every clinic appointment. Appointments are only ever on a one-to-one basis and additional time is planned to try to avoid client cross-over and enhanced sanitation measures to be carried out.
What can you do to help?
Jade kindly asks all Clients to wear a clean mask to your appointment, sanitise hands upon entry and exit, come to your appointment alone and keep your belongings in the sanitised belongings box rather than hanging up/placing personal items on clinic surfaces. Please only attend your appointment on time, not early nor late. Jade will welcome you warmly but won’t offer the traditional handshake greeting. You must contact us to re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating. Please do not come to the clinic if you are self-isolating or displaying symptoms known to be consistent with COVID-19.
